Once your order/s has been paid and confirmed, Curated Concepts by CC's then automatically sends them out accordingly and you agree that you will pay its shipping fee/s via third-party courier. We won’t be responsible for damages upon delivery so there won’t be any replacements as well. Rest assured we’ll do our best to get your packages well and in good condition. Thank you.
Self-booking Courier Option
For customers who select the self-booked courier option:
You may book Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Grab for the pick-up. Items are shipped from Pasig.
All shipping fees will be paid by the customer either via cash on delivery or your app wallets.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, shipping and delivery time may vary. Rest assured that we do our best to ship them out immediately.
- For Metro Manila orders, you can expect your orders to be ready within 3-7 business days.
- For orders outside Metro Manila, you can expect them to be ready within 7-14 business days.
