About the event
The Sleep Well Class is an integration of psychology, movement, mindfulness and meditation. This wellness class includes an interactive learning session using psychological tools and techniques to help identify sleep and lifestyle patterns. The learning session also introduces cognitive techniques and self-care activities that can be practiced at home. The class includes a 60-minute gentle bedtime movement practice for easy poses that help calm the mind, relax the body and relieve stress and tension at the end of a long work day.
