Mindful Days: A Nature & Wellness Retreat

Wellness Retreat Inclusions:    

• Two days, one night Wellness Retreat  
• Accommodation at The Sanctuary Batulao (Options: Private or Shared)

Private Room - 1 Queen Bed 

Shared Room - 4-6 sharing single bed accommodation 

*Room assignments are randomly assigned

• Delicious meals: Afternoon snacks and dinner on Day 1 and Breakfast on Day 2

• Wellbeing Check In & Check Out
• Permission to Pause Card Game Reflections & Journaling Exercise
• Quiet Time with Walking Meditation 
• Sunset moving meditations
• Circle of Gratitude & Self-Love
• Mindful morning practice (sunrise stretches)
• Sunset Dinner Party 

Other Activities / Inclusions:

• Shopping for Local Souvenirs and Produce 
• Use of blocks, and props  
• Mindful Days Starter Kit  
• Private Van Transfer (Pick Up Points: Makati & Sta. Rosa)

Not included but required:

Yoga Mat

Requirements:

• Vaccination Card ( Primary series of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses) and at least 1 booster shot)
• Atleast 21 years old

Booking Terms and Conditions:   

A 70% non-refundable deposit  is required to secure your slot on the wellness retreat. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before October 17, 2022 (Early Bird Pass) and November 5, 2022 (Regular/Duo Pass). If you prefer to pay in full, that immediately confirms your slot. A confirmation email will be sent upon submission of a copy of the deposit slip. 

An information guide will be sent atleast 10 days prior to wellness retreat schedule. This will include travel information, wellness retreat guide, and a recommended packing list. NOTE: The wellness retreat can only accommodate a maximum of 10-12 slots. It is recommended to secure your slot as early as possible. 

About the Venue:

Experience and embrace nature with the breathtaking mountain views of Batulao at The Sanctuary. The resort is 10-15 mins away from Twin Lakes and 20 mins away from Calaruega. There is a short rough road entering the vicinity.
