Therese Castillo, Rpsy is the founder and creator of Camp Coco Wellness Alternatives. She is a licensed psychologist with nine years of experience in the clinical practice and specializes in individual and group psychotherapy, addiction treatment and recovery management. She is also currently working as a Project Manager for the Colombo Plan – Drug Advisory Programme , an international organization working with country governments to provide programs on drug demand reduction. In 2018, she founded Camp Coco to create programs on mental health and wellness that are accessible, engaging and enjoyable. Jaymee Duran is an Artist and Mental Health Advocate. She has been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder since February 2009. Because of this, the issue of Mental Health has been more personal to her. She uses her gift of art to inspire and share well-being to others.
She’s in her early 30’s and like everyone else, stuck at home due to the pandemic. Aside from Mental Health, she like cats (I’m a fur-mom to Sir Migo, an adult rescue cat), music, reading, and writing.
